º Destínase la suma de cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40,000) para el cumplimiento de esta Ley. Esa suma será entregada a la Comisión de que habla el artículo 3.º de esta Ley, y se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de gastos de la vigencia en curso. Si toda no fuere pagada en esta vigencia, el resto se estimará incluído en el Presupuesto de la próxima.
