Consignada la suma a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Tribunal abrirá el juicio a pruebas por nueve días, que se contarán desde la fecha de la última notificación. Las pruebas se practicarán dentro del término anterior y quince días más. Vencido este último término, el Tribunal, dentro de los cinco días siguientes, dictará su fallo sin más actuación. Las partes pueden, si a bien lo tienen, presentar alegato escrito antes de los cinco días de que dispone el Tribunal para fallar.
