Aquellos empleados a quienes se les haya otorgado prima técnica, que desempeñen cargos de niveles diferentes a los señalados en el presente decreto, continuarán disfrutando de ella hasta su retiro del organismo o hasta que se cumplan las condiciones para su pérdida, consagradas en las normas vigentes al momento de su otorgamiento.
