Revisor Fiscal. De conformidad con lo establecido en las normas vigentes toda Empresa Social del Estado cuyo presupuesto anual sea igual o superior a diez mil (10.000) salarios mínimos mensuales, deberá contar con un Revisor Fiscal independiente, designado por la Junta Directiva a la cual reporta.

La función del Revisor Fiscal se cumplirá sin menos cabo de las funciones de Control Fiscal por parte de los Organismos competentes, señaladas en la ley y los reglamentos.
