Examen del balance y sus anexos . Los documentos indicados en el artículo anterior, junto con los libros y papeles justificativos de los mismos, deberán ponerse a disposición de los accionistas, en las oficinas de la administración, durante los quince (15) días hábiles precedentes a la fecha de la reunión de la Asamblea General, para que puedan ser examinados por ellos. En el acta de la reunión correspondiente se dejará constancia del cumplimiento de este precepto.
