Las acciones de revocación y de simulación podrán proponerse hasta al décimo quinto día siguiente a la ejecutoria del auto que fije la fecha a la cesación de pagos. Compete al síndico incoarlas por orden de la Junta Asesora. Si el síndico se negare a entablarlas podrá aquella iniciarlas, para lo cual designará por mayoría de votos un apoderado judicial.
