El agente, o la persona encargada de cualquiera aeronave que, procedente de un país extranjero, llegue a la República y en ella haga un descenso, inmediatamente informará su llegada a la aduana más cercana, y la respectiva aeronave no podrá seguir adelante sin permiso del funcionario aduanero competente. A solicitud de los funcionarios de aduana, se les exhibirán a éstos los documentos que la ley o las convenciones internacionales exijan sobre el manejo o la navegación de aeronaves.
