Subcuentas. La fiduciaria La Previsora S.A., llevará una subcuenta para los aportes que cada una de las entidades aportantes efectúen al Fondo de contingencias contractuales de las entidades estatales, por cada contrato en relación con el cual haya remitido el plan de aportes debidamente refrendado por la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
