La tramitación de todos los negocios relacionados con los pedidos de elementos destinados al Fondo de Fomento Municipal, que en virtud del artículo 12 del Decreto número 490 de 1944 venía atendiendo la Sección de Comercio y Almacenes del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, continuará transitoriamente a cargo de la Sección de Fomento Municipal del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, mientras se organiza el Instituto de Fomento Municipal creado por Decreto número 289 del 2 de febrero del año en curso.
