Durante el primer trimestre de cada año y a lo largo de la vigencia de las operaciones de redescuento, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público transferirá a la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A. –Findeter–, hasta el valor presupuestado para la respectiva vigencia fiscal, para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 6° del presente decreto.
