° Toda vez que se destine ó separa un Jefe ú Oficial del Cuerpo se reunirá el Consejo administrativo para que se informe del estado en que se encuentre la caja, y la diligencia que se extienda al efecto será firmada por todos, para que la responsabilidad solidaria en los desfalcos da la caja recaiga también sobre los entrantes ó salientes, según el caso.
