Son funciones de la Junta Directiva

Trazar la política general del Fondo y sus programas de acción;

Aprobar las operaciones del Fondo o autorizar a su representante legal para celebrarlas conforme a sus reglamentos;

Aprobar el presupuesto anual del Fondo y las reformas que pueda ser necesario introducirle a éste en el curso de la vigencia, y

Aprobar los reglamentos de funcionamiento del Fondo.
