Adicionar el siguiente

Parágrafo

al Artículo 1.2.1.1.2., del Decreto 1821 de 2020, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 7

El capítulo independiente de “Inversiones con cargo al SGR” del Plan de Desarrollo de la entidad territorial beneficiaria podrá incluir un número superior de iniciativas o proyectos de inversión a las que resulten financiables con recursos del Sistema General de Regalías contenidos en el plan de recursos. Estas iniciativas o proyectos, que superan lo incorporado en el plan de recursos, podrán ser financiadas con las incorporaciones adicionales que se realicen durante cada bienio al presupuesto del Sistema General de Regalías.”
