Si el empresario no pagare la participación correspondiente al autor al ser requerido por éste o por sus representantes, a solicitud de cualquiera de ellos, la autoridad competente ordenará la suspensión de la representación de la obra y el embargo de las entradas, sin perjuicio de las demás acciones legales a favor del autor a que hubiere lugar.
