Para dar cumplimiento a los dispuesto en esta Ley destinase la cantidad de sesenta millones de pesos, que se incluirán en los presupuestos Nacionales a partir de la vigencia fiscal de 1960, por cantidades no inferiores a cinco millones de peso anuales.
