En los Presupuestos de las próximas vigencias se apropiarán una partida no menor de treinta mil pesos ($30.000) para atender a la construcción del edificio para el Colegio de San Luis Gonzaga de Zipaquirá, a que se refiere y que ordenó el artículo 1° de la Ley 73 de 1926 , hasta su terminación.

Parágrafo

En caso de que en la Ley de Apropiaciones no se incluyere la partida a que se refiere este artículo, el Gobierno deberá abrir los créditos administrativos que fueren necesarios para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuestos en este artículo.
