Artículo tercero. Los fondos para atender al pago de los sueldos, jornales y demás gastos que exige la ejecución de los trabajos de que trata el artículo anterior, se tomarán del préstamo que debe hacer el Departamento del Tolima a la Nación, para la carretera mencionada, de conformidad con la cláusula cuarta del contrato de 24 de julio de 1943, celebrado entre dichas entidades.
