Ley 340 de 1996 · por medio de la cual se aprueba la “Convención para la protección de los Bienes Culturales en caso de Conflicto Armado”, el “Reglamento para la aplicación de la Conveción”, y el “Protocolo para la Protección de los bienes Culturales en caso de Conflicto Armado”, firmado en La Haya el 14 de mayo de mil novecientos cincuenta y cuatro (1954).
