El Fondo procederá de acuerdo con los programas que elabore el Ministerio de Justicia, a través de las respectivas dependencias y reintegrará dentro de los términos fiscales y presupuestales, los saldos no utilizados ni comprometidos, una vez constituidas las correspondientes reservas, que serán aprobadas por la Dirección General de Presupuesto y la Contraloría de la República.
