El Divorcio ante Notario, o la cesación de los efectos civiles de los matrimonios religiosos . El divorcio del matrimonio civil, o la cesación de los efectos civiles de los matrimonios religiosos, por mutuo acuerdo de los cónyuges, podrán tramitarse ante el Notario del círculo que escojan los interesados y se formalizará mediante escritura pública.
