Art. 5.° Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que arregle con el señor Timoteo Beltrán la indemnización a que este señor tiene derecho por la completa destrucción de dos casas de su propiedad i de los objetes contenidos en ellas, ejecutada por los revolucionarios en la última guerra, en el ataque que hicieron a la plaza de Moniquirá el 23 de enero da 1877.

Parágrafo

El pago se efectuará en libranzas de las que trata el artículo 1° de esta lei.
