Construcción de rellenos sanitarios. La construcción del relleno sanitario deberá realizarse conforme al Documento Técnico de Estudios y Diseños. Durante la ejecución deberán elaborarse los planos constructivos o “récord” con sus respectivas memorias de ajustes sí fueron realizados, los cuales reposarán en las instalaciones de la persona.
