º . Distribución y venta de los medicamentos homeopáticos. Los medicamentos homeopáticos simples y complejos que hayan obtenido el correspondiente registro sanitario ante el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima, o que se encuentren en la circunstancia descrita en el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 67 del Decreto 3554 de 2004, podrán expenderse en farmacias homeopáticas, farmacias-droguerías, servicios farmacéuticos y en droguerías legalmente autorizadas, que cumplan con las condiciones establecidas para su almacenamiento.
