La inscripción actualmente vigente en los registros nacionales de Exportadores de Bienes y de Servicios ante el Incomex será válida para acreditar como requisitos para los efectos establecidos por el artículo primero del presente decreto, hasta la fecha de su vigencia. La renovación del registro, estará sujeta a lo dispuesto por el presente decreto.
