Mientras el Congreso no haya dictado la Ley de asignaciones civiles, el Gobierno reducirá el sueldo de los empleados nacionales en una proporción que no exceda de la siguiente escala:

Los sueldos de trecientos pesos ($300) o mayores, en un treinta por ciento (30 por 100).

Los sueldos de doscientos cincuenta ($ 250) y trecientos pesos ($ 300) en un veinticinco por ciento (25 por 100).

Los sueldos de doscientos cincuenta pesos ($ 250) o menores, en un veinte por ciento (20 por 100).

Parágrafo

Exceptuase de lo dispuesto en este artículo los sueldos del Poder Judicial.
