Art. 3.° (Transitorio) Los individuos que, nombrados por el Poder Ejecutivo para el desempeño de algún puesto publico antes de la publicación de este decreto, hayan manifestado que lo aceptan o recibido anticipacion alguna del Tesoro u órdenes de pago con tal objeto; i no hubieren encargadose aún del empleo o partido para el lugar de su destino, tendrán para verificarlo el término de treinta dias, contados desde esta fecha.
