Los exámenes se presentarán ante las comisiones o funcionarios que designe el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y en los lugares y fechas determinadas por este Ministerio. Los aspirantes que no aprobaren el examen solo podrán presentarlo nuevamente después de transcurridos seis meses desde la fecha del examen no aprobado.
