La asistencia militar será siempre de carácter temporal. Si hubiere discrepancia sobre su duración, decidirá el Gobierno. Cumplida la misión de auxilio, el Jefe Militar dará cuenta por escrito de su resultado a sus superiores y a quien hizo el requerimiento.
