ARTICULO 70 . Los cursos náuticos de formación y capacitación así reconocidos, serán permanentemente vigilados por la autoridad marítima, mediante visitas practicadas por funcionarios designados para tal efecto, quienes comprobarán que en todo momento se mantengan las condiciones y nivel de capacitación y entrenamiento aprobados, como también la actualización de los programas.
