El artículo 151 de la Constitución quedará así:

ARTÍCULO 151.

Para ser Magistrado de los Tribunales Superiores se requiere ser colombiano de nacimiento, ciudadano en ejercicio, abogado titulado, tener más de treinta años de edad y, además, haber desempeñado en propiedad por un período no menor de cuatro años, alguno de los cargos de Magistrado de Tribunal de Distrito, Juez Superior o de Circuito, Juez Especializado de igual o superior categoría, Fiscal de Tribunal o Juzgado Superior, o Magistrado de Tribunal Administrativo.
