Restricciones de área y ventas al detal. Los usuarios comerciales no podrán ocupar, en conjunto, un área superior al veinticinco por ciento (25%) del área total de la respectiva Zona Franca. Estos Usuarios, en ningún caso, podrán realizar operaciones de venta o distribución de mercancías al detal.
