Art. 33. Los secretarios de los juzgados de los tribunales superiores podrán conocer, por medio de un dependiente del Juzgado o Tribunal, respectivamente, y bajo la responsabilidad de dichos Secretarios, las notificaciones personales que la ley ordene, y que ellos no puedan practicar por si mismos
