Decreto 3886 de 1985 · Por el cual se fijan unos valores de subsidio al transporte colectivo urbano.

º. La Corporación Financiera del Transporte y el INTRA, trimestralmente o cuando lo estime conveniente certificarán mediante censo, el parque automotor subsidiado, para garantizar su permanencia en el programa de subsidio.

Parágrafo

El bus que no apareciere censado en dos (2) trimestres consecutivos será retirado definitivamente del programa de subsidio y del servicio público de transporte.
