Responsabilidades de Agente Interventor. Las responsabilidades de los agentes interventores, como representantes legales de la entidad intervenida, referidas a asuntos fiscales, parafiscales, aduaneros, cambiarios o derivados de tasas y contribuciones nacionales o territoriales, se limitarán al tiempo durante el cual ejerzan el cargo. Por lo tanto, los agentes interventores no serán responsables de las obligaciones pendientes de cumplir por las entidades intervenidas al momento de adoptarse dicha medida, ni tampoco cuando por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito no pudiesen cumplir con las mismas en el proceso de intervención.
