º. El Fondo podrá adelantar sus labores tanto en el interior como en el exterior del país: sus operaciones podrá realizarlas bien en moneda nacional, o bien en moneda extranjera, ya sea directamente o por conducto de entidades públicas o privadas, en las cuales tenga o no participación, lo mismo que a través de otros establecimientos de crédito.
