Mientras en los departamentos de Antioquia, atlántico y valle del cauca se mantenga el estado de sitio, los alcaldes municipales podrán aplicar las siguientes medidas: a) toque de queda. b) prohibición de expendio y consumo de licores bebidas embriagantes en establecimientos abiertos al público. c) prohibición de manifestaciones, desfiles y reuniones públicas.
