Artículo primero. El Instituto Nacional, de Fomento Municipal procederá a construir, por cuenta de la Nación, el acueducto para la ciudad de Tunja, de que trata la Ley 38 de 19.44, de acuerdo con los estudios a que se refiere el artículo primero de la misma Ley, debidamente revisados.
