Garantía . Las operaciones aduaneras especiales de salida de que trata el artículo 380 de este decreto requerirán de la constitución de una garantía por un monto equivalente al ciento cincuenta por ciento (150%) de los derechos e impuestos a la importación de la mercancía objeto de la operación de salida, y deberá tener como objeto asegurable el de garantizar el pago de derechos e impuestos, sanciones e intereses a que haya lugar, como consecuencia del incumplimiento de las obligaciones y responsabilidades consagradas en este decreto.
