Programa turismo accesible. El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, a través de la formulación y puesta en marcha del programa turismo accesible, promoverá acciones de sensibilización, capacitación, articulación interinstitucional y mejoramiento de la calidad para que los prestadores de servicios turísticos y los destinos turísticos realicen los protocolos, la instrumentalización y la adecuación de los entornos, productos y servicios bajo los principios de la accesibilidad universal; es decir que permita el acceso, uso y disfrute a todos los usuarios de los servicios, independiente del nivel de las capacidades físicas, mentales, intelectuales o sensoriales.
