LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.2.2.3.5.Medidas correctivas. Las autoridades de policía impondrán las medidas correctivas correspondientes a las personas que realicen en lugares o recintos privados reuniones en donde se consuman estupefacientes o sustancias psicotrópicas, que alteren la tranquilidad pública.
