Si concluida la etapa investigativa aparecieren demostrados, a juicio del presidente del consejo, hechos que constituyan delitos de competencia de los consejos de guerra verbales, distintos de los sindicados en la resolución de convocatoria, pero en conexidad con ellos se redactarán los cuestionarios respectivos. Si los nuevos delitos no aparecen cometidos con conexidad, se ordenará compulsar copias de lo pertinente para que por quien corresponda se provea lo conducente.
