º Cosechado el tabaco y preparado para la venta, se podrá transportar por el cosechero ó sus agentes á los lugares de expendio ó al local del dueño del terreno en que se haya cultivado, mediante una guía que será expedida gratuitamente por el Recaudador del Municipio ó lugar del cultivo, en la cual se expresarán la cantidad del tabaco, la fecha de expedición, lugares de producción y destino.
