Las personas que adquieran cacao de producción nacional para su transformación industrial, descontarán del precio de compra el porcentaje a que se refiere el artículo anterior. En igual forma procederán quienes adquieran cacao para la exportación. El valor respectivo se entregará a la Federación Nacional de Cacaoteros.
