Actos Mercantiles. Para todos los efectos legales, los actos de las personas naturales o jurídicas que se desempeñen como Corredores de Contratos de Fletamento Marítimo serán considerados como mercantiles en virtud del artículo 20 numeral 8, del Código de Comercio.
