Art. 2.° Las empresas de Ferrocarriles quedan obligadas á establecer convenientemente el servicio de los caminos públicos que éstos atraviesen, de manera que no se interrumpa ó haga peligroso el tránsito por ellos. Esto mismo se previene para los caminos particulares cuando el paso se verifique á nivel.
