Parágrafo

al artículo 525 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, así: “

Parágrafo

Los costos de bodegaje de las mercancías inmovilizadas en procesos de control posterior que tengan como finalidad la expedición de liquidaciones oficiales por controversias de valor que se susciten por precios estimados o indicativos deberán ser asumidos por el usuario aduanero desde la fecha de ingreso de la mercancía al Depósito hasta su retiro definitivo.”
