Si en cualquier tiempo se modificare la organización de alguna o algunas de las actuales dependencias del Ministerio, o se crearen nuevas secciones o empleos, los cargos que se establezcan con carácter permanente se considerarán incorporados en el presente Escalafón, con las condiciones mínimas asignadas en la categoría correspondiente a sus atribuciones, de acuerdo con las funciones que se les señalen.
