Art. 3.° El Sr Administrador general de Correos nacionales fijará, por medio de una resolución que se insertará en el Diario Oficial, el sueldo mensual que cada uno de los empleados Expendedores haya de devengar, dentro de los límites fijados en el artículo 4.° del decreto número 76 del presente año.
