Certificación de municipios en educación . Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 41 de la Ley 715 de 2001, los municipios que fueron certificados para administrar autónomamente la prestación de los servicios educativos, de conformidad con lo señalado por la Ley 60 de 1993, mantendrán dicha certificación.
