Art. 15. Los impresores ó litógrafos que no den la fianza de que habla el número 1° del Artículo anterior, y fueron condenados á pagar Una multa de conformidad con lo establecido en este Decreto, serán o presos y sufrirán la pena en razón de un día de prisión por cada cinco pesos de multa a menos que en el acto de la intimación de la orden de prisión paguen la multa á que hayan sido condenados, aumentada en un tercera parte.
